Local depth labels are honest
Onsite-wastewater authority varies by province and sometimes by municipality or health authority. A city page labels a general municipal website as general; it does not present that homepage as a dedicated septic permit source.
No manufactured local facts
City boundaries do not prove that a parcel uses septic. Local pages start with the sewer-versus-onsite question and keep provincial rules separate from property-specific records.
